The first thing to check is whether you have your battery switch turned on. The location of your battery switch and what it is called will be in reference to the brand of management system your van has installed:
*J35 BM Pro (Jhub) The battery for this is located on the tablet in the form of a battery icon. If by any chance the tablet is flat and you don’t have phone functionality with the Jhub ap there is a manual rocker switch usually located close to the tablet labelled “battery.” If the battery switch is off – double click the switch to turn it on.
* Projecta –
– 7 inch lippert panel display – The battery icon is located in the top left hand corner. Must have a green light illuminated to be on.
– Projecta screen – press power button twice (first press illuminates screen and the second press activates the battery switch on or off).
– Phone ap – If you last used the ap to turn off the battery or any items it must be the first thing you use to turn it back on again. With the phone ap system, if updates have been carried out, the default setting for all the systems after updates have been carried out is ‘OFF.’
