Situated on the east end of our 5 acre site, is our state of the art workshop and service centre. Jayco Newcastle has one of the most comprehensive caravan workshop facilities in the region. Our state of the art Service Centre features 20 dedicated workshop bays and four dedicated detailing bays with a group of mechanics supplying a qualified service that is hard to beat. Our experienced Jayco workshop team has over 50 years of combined experience in the caravan industry, offering knowledgeable and friendly service.  From warranty work and insurance jobs to caravan servicing and fitting of accessories, you can be confident in receiving professional service.

We encourage you to use the van as much as possible in the first few months. After 1000km or 3 months (whichever comes first) you will be required to bring in your van for its first service which is necessary to maintain your Jayco Warranty. As a valued Jayco Newcastle customer, you will receive a discount on our standard service prices.
